On June 5th, Marietje Schaake will speak during a seminar organized in the European Parliament entitled "Euro-Mediterranean relations and the Arab Spring: two years on" about the situation of the media in the countries of the Arab Spring. As rapporteur on Press and Media Freedom in the World she will discuss the freedom of the press with invited journalists from the Middle East and North Africa.
