Repressive regimes should be stopped from accessing surveillance and so-called “dual-use” technologies from Europe following a move by the European Parliament this week.
The parliament agreed proposals from Dutch MEP Marietje Schaake “Europe’s most wired politician” that would require the European Commission to provide a regularly updated list of restricted products and countries, as PC Advisor explains.
