Plenary speech on EU assistance to Lebanon

On May 10, Marietje Schaake delivered a speech in the plenary meeting on EU assistance to Lebanon. In her speech Marietje Schaake focused on a destabilized Lebanon in which human suffering must not be underestimated. Schaake claims that we have to look at the bigger picture in Lebanon including stability, infrastructure, countering terrorism and countering radicalization.
