On March 17 and 18 Marietje Schaake attends the Toronto Cyber Dialogue, organized by the Citizen Lab and the Canada Centre for Global Security Studies of the University of Toronto. The Cyber Dialogue convenes an influential mix of global leaders from government, civil society, academia and private enterprise to participate in a series of facilitated public plenary conversations and working groups around cyberspace security and governance.
On Monday March 18, Schaake speaks in a panel entitled “The Digital Arms Trade?: Probing the market for censorship, surveillance and computer network attack in a context of ‘attacking back’”
