On 24 March 2011 I tabled a written question under the priority rule to the Commission on the subject ‘creation of escrow account to hold ongoing payments to Libya’s oil industry’. The deadline for answering my question lapsed on 14 April 2011. Why has the Commission failed to comply with the Rules of Procedure regarding priority questions?
